Anita Sorensen lives in Arizona with her husband of 32 years. Together they have 6 children, 3 bonus children (obtained through marriage), 1 grandbaby, 2 cats and 2 tortoises. While this seems like a full load, Anita is holding out for chickens as well. With the price of eggs, this dream is getting closer to a reality.

She spent most of her adult life being a mommy. When her youngest child started school, Anita became the school librarian. Now Anita devotes her time to writing and occasionally substitute teaching.

Anita's favorite color is green, she loves all food, but Mexican food is life. She enjoys reading. Her favorite genre is crime/mystery, but also loves rom/coms. Her favorite animals are tortoises and Hedgehogs.  Her favorite sport is 49ers Football, and hopes to one day live her dream of watching her 49ers play on their home turf! #49ersFaithful #GoNiners #JoeMontanaCallMe

When Anita isn't sitting at her computer, she can be found kayaking with her sweetheart, camping, fishing, crocheting, and always reading.

Her first published book, The Soul Keeper was written many many years ago, and was finally published in 2019 after Anita got over her anxiety of putting her loved characters out for the world to see.

More recently, Anita published the 2nd book (in the hopefully 3 book series), My Brother's Keeper.
